I had a horrible terrific traumatic experience today at this location, Bravo Pembroke Pines. A big bold head guy who was apparently the supervisor was aggressive, disrespectful, trying to intimidate me because I am a woman. At the point that I thought he was going to hit me. I was so scared. I was there to return an item I brought 2 days ago, I didnāt have the receipt, but I had the card I paid with, it was a refrigerated item which has a 24 h window to return it ( figured out today, I didnāt know about it which was my bad ) since I bought the refrigerated product ā to refrigerated itā no to use it right away. I open the box two days after and the product tastes was bad. I canāt be force to consume something bad. I was there for over 20min waiting for them to give me my money back or store credit. I told the guy I had kids waiting for me crying. He didnāt even care. At the end with a rude attitude told the cashier to give me the money back. Iām fear for my life to go back to that store the guy looks with mental problems. Clearly shouldnāt be working...

All the workers talk way too much to each other, even flirting on the job. No one really has a warm smile or an eagerness to see how they can assist you, they just do what their job requires them and thats it. And has conversations and pays attention to everyone and everything but focusing on the customer. I have had this experience with the cashiers and deli workers. The customer service and work ethics should improve, the prices are great but I donāt even like shopping here. I like to get what we need and get out. Last time i was there the cashier was so rude did not look at us or smile or basic manners. Just presses buttons on her screen bagged the groceries and was completely silent. Horrible .Publix and Western Union or Beef has way better service than here. The only ones that acknowledge you are the people by the cashiers to say...

I called and wanted to place an order and wanted to pay over the phone since we live out of town. The staff basically laughed and said they donāt take orders or payments over the phone. I had a menu on hand and they said they didnāt go by other Bravoās Supermarket menus. I attempted to ask what they did have and prices. Once again, got laughed and told I would need to come in person so I can review the menu and pay in person.
It is 2017... what establishment does not take orders and payments by phone? If they donāt, at least they need professional staff that have some type of customer courtesy.
Itās just one customer they lost but they definitely wonāt be...
