Barrington was really great! He helped me diagnose the issue with my son’s computer. What I initially thought had to be something very minor such a virus, turned out to be much more complicated than that. The computer wasn’t even a year old so it is safe to say, HP surely dropped the ball on that one. Either way, it was really great he was able to figure it out very timely for us.
