All Brands Furniture — Attraction in Perth Amboy

Do not purchase furniture from here if you expect great customer service and quality furniture. I purchased a dining room set, a loveseat and sectional from All Brands. Less than a year later, my love seat is creaking and the dining room chairs have screws protruding through the base of the seats that injured my young daughter. I had contacted the manager, Mohamed Lemina, over several times regarding the issues I had with their protection service, Montage, regarding lack of response about the claims I submitted in December only to find out after 2 months of back and forth, that the actual store covers the first year if there is damage. It’s now March and Mohamed has had only delivered one dining room chair base as a replacement. Phone calls are never returned by Mohamed and All Brands delivery service shows up unexpectedly at your door without notice after being a no show on the actual scheduled delivery day. The place has a good collection of furniture as well as welcoming staff that works with the customer to make the optimal furniture selection. However, the only dissatisfaction that I had was the delivery process which was a little slow and the white glove assembly service was unsatisfactory because there was a attachment part missing in the Assembly of my sectional couch. The assemblers said they would return with the missing part but they never did.
