Bad Experience &Worse Customer Service
When I arrived at the store, there were less than 10 customers in the store. I wait, place my order and proceeded to step aside and wait on my food. I ordered a 5 piece wing meal with mashed potatoes. 5 minutes go by, so I went and sat in my car while the food was being prepared. Another 5 minutes go by while I’m waiting and I see a guy who ordered right after me walk out with his food. I go back in the store to get my food and I’m told 5 minutes until it’s ready. Ok, fine. I step aside and proceed to wait. 2 more customers that ordered after me walk out with their food, while I‘m still waiting on my food. Mind you, everything I ordered was in the window ready to go. The only thing they had to get from the back was the side of mash and put the rest of the order together. I wasn’t informed of any inconvenience as far as making my order went so I went to the register and asked for a refund. I’ve waited long enough, now I don’t want the food. The young lady working says “Are you sure, it’s ready now”. If that was the case she would have been handing me the food instead of procrastinating on getting me a refund. Aside from her blatantly lying in my face. She rolls her eyes and proceeds to go get a manger for the refund. The manager comes up, didn’t say a word to me not even a simple I apologize for the inconvenience. I soon realized she didn’t say anything because she didn’t speak English, only Spanish. She had to communicate through the cashier about the situation. How is it that you have someone working in an establishment as a manager, that doesn’t speak any English? Or she was being spiteful by not speaking to me in general. Either way it was unprofessional. I was not being rude in any way shape form or fashion. From the time I got there till the time I left I was polite to the staff. With that being the case I don’t see any reason for the delay in service not the attitude I received from the cashier. This was my first time going to this location and will definitely...
Read moreSo I'm just curious is it greed? Is your staff mentally challenged? Are you working with people in the special Olympics. If you are then fine I can understand you're helping up those less fortunate but I'm pretty sure it's sheer laziness hired from Perth Amboy and I know exactly what type of talent pool you're pulling from and I don't know if Mary Jane is part of the day-to-day with you guys but it's at a point now where I'm just annoyed and furious with you guys. Because every time I order fine the chicken is great, I'll give you that, but you never ever give me the right amount of condiments and I pay for it on DoorDash. You always mess up my sides. Today I ordered the large rice and beans and the large coleslaw along with the required small rice and beans tell me why I have no rice and beans. Like consistently you guys mess up the order and I will forever go into DoorDash and say I didn't receive it and get my money back even after eating all this delicious chicken because I am so sick of companies like yourself hiring not keeping your eye on the ball. I don't care what any other post has about your manager there. Your manager is in capable of teaching your staff how to appropriately read and order on a screen. I mean you have to ask yourself we are what we do in this world. And someone's job is to read an order off the screen and put it in a bag how hard is that? So I ask again are you recruiting from those born with disabilities so that I don't have to feel bad and can be more understanding. Because if that's not the case get your...
Read moreWhere do I start. I don’t frequent this establishment. Mostly because I want to prevent aggravation in going here. The food quality is getting worse with chicken tenders looking white as a ghost. My biggest issue with this location is with mobile orders. I place an order and drive to this location with the food only starting to be packed when I got there. I thought maybe I will give them more time and come a bit later. I would wait twenty minutes more before I left so that I could just get my food and go. But still, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my food to be packed. Today I was at the mall in another town. Placed my order in the parking lot. Went to Aldi and picked up groceries. Got to the location and my order still was not ready. I came in forty minutes after my order was placed. I waited another 20 minutes for my food and for the franchise owners number and my receipt that for some reason was a problem to get. The tenders are cooked my not crunchy. Not the fries. It wasn’t a huge order. Just tenders, fries and mac. My biscuits were one less than I was suppose to get. Their excuse is that they were really busy. There was one cashier. One cook. And two workers preparing orders. There were five customers in the restaurant. Two of which already had their orders. It was not busy. They probably were understaff and were not managing their time correctly.
They do not understand that the concept of mobile orders is to be able to walk in and take your food without the wait. This is place...
