I bought a book from a thrift bookstore, I was surprised when I saw the stamp “FREE LIBRARY OF PHILADELPHIA” and “ANDORRA BRANCH”, and I searched it right away. My son and I like this branch. Small but clean and conducive. We actually came for the Fun Fridays activity, but since there were not enough participants, they didn’t end up having it. But we stayed for the toys and books and atmosphere. We didn’t encounter any problem with any of the staff.

Just went in, the children’s librarian was so sweet and inviting. The librarian at the front was so nasty. She came out sarcastic to my husband and didn’t even hand the books back to him after checking them out, but slid them away from him not bothering to look at him or say have a nice day. The library should be a warm and welcome place- she does not have the right attitude to work directly...

I believe Rory is a new staff member and omg…the best. Rory is super attentive and engaging with kids of all ages. I’ve only attended two of the activities Rory has put together but both were super fun, educational and interactive - my daughter loved both. We are so looking forward to continuing attending this library for fun with Rory. All other staff has been very kind...
