We had a fantastic time yesterday at the new Liberty Distillery. Parking was easy, and finding the place was straightforward - just look for the brick building, walk up the stairs, and you're there. Opting for the tour was a great decision; we enjoyed the intimate vibe and learned a lot about the history of whiskey/bourbon, including seeing the pot stills in the basement. My only minor complaints revolve around wanting more clarity and organization within the distillery itself. Their hot cider is absolutely perfect and the best thing to keep you going. Overall the staff is very knowledgeable and very nice.

Staff person (sorry I didn't get his name) gave a lot of background knowledge and taught us how to drink a 100+ proof spirit. Would love to return for a cocktail class! We brought food from Pasha's, just a short...
