Absolutely horrible. Bill from Dwyer concrete and I discussed filling and resurfacing my front steps. He agreed and charged me 500 bucks. He then refilled the cracks and smoothed out the mix inside the larger cracks. He left many smaller cracks unfilled and now the larger cracks seems to be disintegrating. He did not resurface the steps (he did not sand, he did not put a layer of concrete or sealant or quickcrete on top). He claimed that refilling the cracks and sweeping the steps clean was "resurfacing." In the pictures you can see the unacceptable job that was done.

He took my money and left. I had him come back and we spoke about him refilling the cracks that he missed and coating the steps in quickcrete. He said he would. Two weeks later, I contacted him and he said that he would not do it.

I am epically disappointed in the work we got from this mason. I feel like we got majorly ripped off! He was hired to patch our exterior stucco wall, and to say he did the bare minimum would be an exaggeration. I had Bill come out to my mom's house. She needed brick pointing in a few areas around the house. I got 3 estimates and bills was the best, showed up on time customer service was excellent.
