I see you have complaints on here up to a year ago and your Customer Service is truly the worst I have ever had. If a person orders and you say 40 min. A customer should not still be waiting for their food 2 hours and 10 min later. This is exactly what happened. Placed ordered at a little before 7 got there at 7:30 waited in car - went in 7:45 waited inside another 30 min - noticing other people waiting , first thing another customer said to me - I have been waiting over an hour - that customer was mad - After waiting in store for those 30 min then went sat in car for like 20 more min - went in again now if are following the time it is roughly 8:40 go back in they are still the food is not done . Stood there to 9:05. It was explained at that time that you told us 40 min. We leave get a call at 9:35 food is ready . You can't expect someone to place an order before 7 and food not be done to 9:35 pm. This was the week before Halloween, so now two days ago we call for food and they are like you have to pay first now before they make the food - because they lied and said 40 minutes and then you flag the customer for your wrongdoing. You should always try to please your customers! You should have immediately apologized and offered anything a dollar off anything to keep your customer not try to blame your customer driving a long way to your business. Good Customer Service is everything and you failed to the highest point. It doesn't matter what people think of your food if your Customer Service is not on point and correct. This was truly the worst service I have ever had. Blackballing your customers for your mistake. All you had to do was be truthful and say hey we have a long wait order is going to be 2 hours and let the customer decide if they still order not lie and then get mad when customer leaves after waiting 2 hours and 10 min that night. Shame on you as a business. Believe me I know we are not the only customers you have done this to. I only hope other customers would take the time to write about their BAD just awful service there so the public can be aware! Again in all of dining places - take out places in my life you get award for being the Worst! I don't ever do reviews but I wanted to let the public beware ! No apology for your wrong doing just blame the customer. I hope you learn something from my review!!!!!!!!! Do better. As far the customer stating the food is good and the owner getting on here saying thanks for understanding that good food takes time what don't you understand owner - you ARE NOT suppose to lie to your customer and say food will be ready in 40 minutes and get mad at the customer for waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes and leaving PERIOD! You have never apologized openly for your companies wrong doing . Again food can be good but your attitude...

Totally disappointed! Came all the way from 5th Street, in the North Philly section of the city. First of all, I did let them know that I was a new customer. Secondly, I go to pick my food up and they tell me they only accept cash or cash app only. However, they accept credit or debit on Doordash...??? The owner could have worked something out but he chose to be ignorant and selfish. You try to support you're own and this is the type of treatment you get. Also, they slow as ish. You better order 2 hours before coming. I know I will never be back and that's a fact!.....What a waste of ⛽. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

And to you're ignorant response. What you're saying is not true. Make a deal? What kind of deal? You're lying about the fact that I was told that you only take cash or cash app. I told the man that this was my first time ordering from you're established and he NEVER mentioned anything of the sort. Secondly, I did have the money to buy my food, I just didn't have cash in hand. You think that I would drive from North Philadelphia and waste gas if that was the case? Also, bust down what? I don't know what you're referring to. Lying again. Typical ghetto response. As a business owner you should be ashamed of you're reply. I see why you have such a low review. As-Salaam...

We got here light outside on a nice day. I see this sign. I’m think wow that’s a huge statement I’m thinking me a guy who only eats seafood No chicken beef pork etc etc and the fact that salmon is by far my favorite seafood. I wanted to try it, I have and do work at a salmon processing factory in Alaska every summer so I have tasted some of the best salmon ever… We order and wait and wait and wait more, almost 2 hours no rice no salmon.. Person taking orders seem irritated and was barking answers to customers who asked for their food after so much time had past and it was literally now night time we decided to ask again about the food . We were told “They cooking it” and ignored. we ended up asking for our money back and leaving… this place is one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited in my life and check my time line I’ve been to almost every state trying food trying businesses. This is the worst top 3 in my eyes never again will I go to this place and I suggest you find a better spot to avoid the heartache and extremely bad...
