Just needed to leave this in my lifetime of dealing with the water department. I have been in an up and down battle when life shows up. Most reps are rude or don't do what they said they were going to do. I've been hung up on or pass around to a dead end or even when it seemed like hope. I've learned you have to go face to face with a rep to try and get some answers. Even emails leave a paper trail but that doesn't mean the situation has been fulfilled.
