Ordered a $50 bouquet online and paid a $15 delivery fee, plus a $5.99 service fee. Total was $76 for my order with taxes and it was cancelled. There was a note that said my delivery was outside of the delivery area, although it was in the same zip code of the location. I called the store to see what was going on and they told me my order was too small to be delivered. I told the lady I spoke with that there should be something online specifying a minimum delivery amount and that it’s bad customer service to just cancel orders, and she seemed shocked. When discussing types of flowers she suggested sunflowers and a few others. More along a fall arrangement. I told her I did NOT want any sunflowers and suggested the flowers I would like. Told her I wanted a lighter color scheme . She agreed and said that would be fine.

Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care completely turned the situation around. The arrangement they replaced it with was absolutely beautiful — and also added some additional items because of the occasion, it was even better than we imagined.
