City needs to do a better job on upkeep. Signs posted but still people allowing pets to release there selfs where children are supposed to be able to play, because of this children are confined to one area and cannot play on grass because of animal feces everywhere. signs are posted but no enforcement from city council or local police.staff is always getting into arguments with people as as he try to inform them to them keep the pets off the grass and keep them on the perimeter as signs says.
