The Tasty Toast — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I usually loveeee this place, I work up the street from it. I had ordered a late lunch since we were so busy during the day. I had ordered spinach and broccoli with my salmon teriyaki bowl, coworker ordered one also. When I received it there was no spinach and there was onions throughout it. Which I never ordered, there was also shrimp which wasn't mentioned, glad I am not allergic. My coworker didn't want the shrimp so that upset her too. The main issue was when we brought it to their attention, they stated the grill was off so they would not fix it. I don't understand how that makes sense for someone paying and you said you would serve. If you are an older woman that needs to understand what is on her receipt DO NOT GO THERE !!! They do not want to spend the time explaining the rushed bill and will sarcastically whisper “it’s simple math and reading.” I am 62 and yes I need to go where there is customer service and not anger!!! If I ask for the manager I don’t want her husband rejecting my request and then joining forces with the disrespectful cashier!!! Where is the “Im sorry for my cashier’s ignorance?” They want our money but don’t want to give professional or human interaction!!! I'm updating my review because I'm so disappointed in the last few times I've ordered from here. I feel like quickness over quality is what this place has changed to. There's absolutely no love put into this food anymore. I spent $60 on breakfast for myself and friends and we didn't even eat $10 worth if it because it was so disgusting. Dunkin donuts has better avocado toast. This place use to be so good! What happened? New management? New owners? New staff?
