Ace of Fades 2 — Attraction in Phoenix

Based on the owners response below my first review, I went back and another barber did the best he could do after about 5 weeks of growing my hair out. to fully correct this mistake, this will take a few haircuts and fades before its 100% gone as if it never happened. The owner is a class act and genuinely cares about his business and his customers. Mistakes happen of course. The good news is hair grows back.

Worst haircut I ever got in my life. I came in for a skin fade and the barber shaved a hard part into my head about 1/2" below the other hard part that was shaved into my head. He said he didnt see it yet my hair was 3" long on the top and 3/4" long on the side so it seemed pretty easy for me to "find it." When I went back to see if there was anything that can be done to minimize the absurd look, I was offered the next haircut for free instead of my money back on that one. I would NEVER go back to the same guy that I got the worst fade...

I give Ace of Fades Five stars...One for Professionalism...they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!...I don't trust my head with anyone else but Mark...One for the Atmosphere...it has that air of "down home" barbarism, where 'the boys' get together and CHOP IT UP...One for the Music...they cater to that 'Ole Skool style' that brings back (as Maze would say) "Happy Feelings in the air...happy feelings every where"...One for they're Knowledge of all the different types of haircuts that are in demand today,both by the young and the "seasoned"...and last but not least...(the Bible says in Proverbs..."if a man wants to have friends, he must shew (show) himself friendly"...well they DEFINITELY do that at Ace of Fades...from the time you get there to the time you leave...you feel like you have made a friend...so if you want a DYNAMITE HAIRCUT.. and to MAKE A NEW FRIEND...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ace of...

10 stars! On Thanksgiving day all barbers were super full with insane Wait times. I called Ace of Fades 2 and Ant answered the phone even though they were closed. I told him my dilemma of getting my 11 year old grandson's hair cut and he said , "you know what, come on in and I'll cut his hair!" We left another shop we had been waiting for over 40 minutes.( I was also worried that they wouldn't know how to fade Moses' texture hair.) And raced to Ant. He was very patient and kind and cut Moses' hair with a high top fade complete with a zigzag line. Moses loves his hair!! It was a reasonable price with tip and we will definitely be going to Ant to keep up the haircut. The shop is small and clean with great music and a vibe. Yay! I love an...
