Amazing Lash Studio Central Phoenix — Attraction in Phoenix

Both times I have gone, the service provider and front staff were excellent and did a really good job. My only concern, and it is not a small one, is the pricing. I am fairly intelligent and the pamphlet is confusing. The people at the desk were trying to be helpful but it is still not clear. Also, it’s already a lot to pay $140 a month plus tip for two fills but I was good with that because it’s close to my house and I really liked the results. However, today I asked for a little more fullness and found out I would have to pay $50 a month more to add a couple bigger lashes to have a hybrid fill? $190 a month plus tip for two fills? That’s really out of the range of reasonable. It seems more reasonable that for $70 plus tip for a fill every two weeks, any lashes you want should be available. I Have a place I really like in the West Valley but was hoping to not have to drive that far. At these rates it might be worth it. Next time I am going to ask for the regular (?) fill but with longer lashes. If it doesn’t look at least as good as this hybrid fill I got today I’m going to end up having to quit and go back...

I had an amazing experience for my second time ever getting lashes (first time with Lash Studio). The technician was great and the staff were kind and friendly. However I experienced complications a couple days after my lash install. As told, I did not touch my lashes and even slept like a vampire in a coffin to keep them in pristine condition. However I did see that on my right eye, a lash at the outer corner was actually glued to my bottom lash line. It came off on its own within 24 hours of the install so I don’t think too much of it. I’m three days in and am now experiencing itching and a bit of swelling on the right eye, mostly the upper lid. After closed inspection I see a small bump forming on the inside of the upper lid. It’s still irritated and as I try to navigate relieving the discomfort by tapping or blinking, I’m having more lashes fall from this side. :( I’m nervous that a sty is developing and I may have to go to the ER to get it situated before I go on vacation. Update: I had a horrible experience and they called me Saturday (the owner Lindsay) she was genuinely so sorry and wanted to make it right! I absolutely am so happy I gave them another chance 🥰 my lashes are on point and I feel sooooo good!! My lash tech is also amazing!! I loved my lash tech she was great. The only thing that makes me not love my lashes was the lady at the front desk. She was very non professional and got annoyed when I didn’t understand what she was meaning as it was my first time there. I really want to go back but idk if I can if she’s the first and last person I have to deal with. Which sucks. I did make an appointment for two weeks out but she just wasn’t great.
