Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Just left this place, bugs flying around inside the display case with food. I know it's not all for display only. I ordered 2 tall Caramel Frapps, with a 2x espresso shots each. Instead of making each drink seperate, she made one Venti size with just the 2 shots. So much left over in the blender, what's the point of paying for the extras when you don't get all of what you paid for. And I'm nit even getting what I ordered, I wasn't looking to save money, wanted them made that specific way for a reason. I found this Starbucks when in the area on work travel, and I needed a place to work for an afternoon. I was very happy to have been near this Starbucks, there was ample room even with a fair number of patrons, the WiFi was plenty fast for my work, and never dropped on me. I am a software engineer and have a pretty demanding internet need while working and had no issues here. Mia at Starbucks was impolite and seemed uninterested in helping me. No greeting and dismissive. Didn’t even tell me my drink was ready just placed it on the counter with me clearly standing there, for me to have to ask “is this mine?”.
