Ordered: blended caramel bevy plus the life changing crumbone aka buttery cinnabomb

Sighs jammed packed in the drive thru so I went inside.

I was lucky to have tried this brand in temecula and yay to this new location as im making my way downtown walking fast Face pass and I'm road tripin' 🎶

First star deduction is no one tellin me to sign up for rewards program at the last store. Could have gotten a free coffee. Andddd my points for that purchase. Receipt jus crumbled in a hot tuna landfill by now.

Second star deduction is for the staffing problem. This poor cashier was also the bakery person. She had 15 bags to label plus fill with baked foods. She had to pause the line to do so, no team-member helped her and im just watching the drive thru get their order put in before me. My pastry came separate from my coffee because again she was backed up lol andddd no one cleaned my cup so there's caramel all over my hands.

3rd star subtraction: there was no moment to force me to break up with Dutch Bros. Lol I should have been recommended drinks for future enjoyment. I should have been told about other life changing pastries. I hate upselling but i probably would have taken a suggestion to try something else.

The decor is very cute. Like most places that just opened, they haven't oiled out the kinks. There's 2 ppl doing hot food, 4 ppl doing beverages, a team manager and 1 cashier.

So beware of slowness and parking in wells fargo lot cause I know they will eventually be towing ya'll a$$es. Lol

Bev: It tasted like an upgraded frappe from mc d's. There wasn't a real taste of coffee, just sweet creaminess. Works for newbie coffee drinkers but I like my coffee black. I don't wanna have to add an espresso float (affogato) to taste coffee, extra $1 add-on.

Will go again before I head to my next destination because I need more crumbone in...

My dreams have finally came true and Better Buzz has made its way to the Valley! I’ve been counting down the days until my first visit and they did not disappoint. Hands down phenomenal in every way! If I’d never stepped foot in one of their locations today would’ve made me a life long fan for sure. The second we walked in we were greeted by many with great energy and beautiful smiles. I went for my tried and true favorite of all time cold brew; the cinnamon cream cold brew to be exact, but also added two iced vanilla bean lattes. One extra sweet for my daughter and a second drink for me because duh I gotta live a little. We added some feta avocado toast and an of açaí bowl as well. My rewards app was scanned to get my points and I waited what felt like mere seconds before my name was called that it was ready. We found a cute corner booth where we could take in the entire vibe of the shop. I’d say hands down the cold brew at Better Buzz is amazing and the cinnamon cream is to freaking die for. My daughter who hates cold brew no matter where it’s from even enjoys this one. That says so much, Decor makes for a great photo op and once done you can shop for tshirts, mugs, coffee for home etc. I left with my hands full of not only a cute mug, but a new T-shirt as well. The rewards app allows you to earn points for not food and drinks items as well which is great. The only negative I’d say is the parking lot is insanely small. Even if you’re lucky to find one the likely good of you getting stuck for a bit from drive thru cars is high . I’d recommend parking across the street in the large lot shared with Pei Wei. The lot is large and easily can get in and out. Since they don’t open until lunch time . It’s an easy and short walk over. Amazing service, great coffee/food, definitely passes the vibe check. II have been here a couple of times- I really enjoy the food and it’s on my way to work so it’s super convenient and I love to support smaller businesses. I am not the type of person to post negativity about a small business and I will not do that- since this place is very well ran- since opening day & mostly great staff that seem to want to provide us with great service. I went this morning 5/31 at around 7:30am and while I was up at the window paying I decided to use Apple Pay since I didn’t have my card- I paid, selected no receipt and once done the girl at the window said to me- “What did you do?”, “nothing” I responded very confused- I selected no receipt but she continued to make snarky remarks because she couldn’t figure out her own machine- I felt very uncomfortable and she continued to ask- it went through so I won’t question you. As if I didn’t pay? The whole situation felt very accusatory and made me feel as if I actually did something wrong. I have been here various time and every other time everyone is super nice. I had a young gentlemen help me various times and he was super pleasant and friendly at the window. if you are looking for a place with good quality coffee and food definitely check them out- cannot guarantee you will have a good experience with customer service if this women is at the window again.
