Been a customer from Arie beauty salon for many years now and I honestly should have written this review a long time ago but today I felt I definitely needed to give back something positive for Arie pm barber and beauty salon not just by the great service provided but because now being at this location not far at all from where I first walked in a few years back I definitely can see the positive growth in every professional way my stylist Merly has managed to put for this salon. Today not very far from there at the T-Mobile shop my cousin tells me stressed out it had gotten late for him to get a haircut being that he had an important event that night and I right away thought of Arie Pm barber and beauty down the street. Thankfully as we drove by I realized it was still open and even though Merly was a bit busy at the moment we walked in she always managed to be welcoming and with a positive vibe. As soon as I mentioned my cousins situation she did not hesitate to say, "yes I will gladly provide a custom cut for your cousin" and rght away sat him on an open spot for the haircut process. The place is very nice, clean, and with entertainment for customers waiting. Merly I am so thankful on how quickly and efficiently you resolved our issue today and managed to keep up with the whole workflow going on at the moment. Customer service is Horrible. My Wife and I went today. I Got my hair cut was all bad. My wife was getting her Eye brows done. The owner wasn't even there! Told her she will be there 20mins. And never Showed up. Had my Wife waiting. She felt So embarrassed. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even for haircuts.
