I lived in Phoenix for 10 Years & frequented this Library because it was in a Park I always visted. But the employees @ this Library are disgusting excuses for People. The security guards are CONSTANTLY walking back & forth mean mugging, coming extremely close to Me so I can't concentrate on what I'm doing. The staff Talk loudly but DARE tell People using the library that they're talking to loud‼️ Many of the staff there were involved in Gang Stalking Me by shaking keys when I enter & every few minutes which is loud & disturbing Me & other People in the library . One time I arrived @ opening & only a few People were in the library. I sat far away from everyone to concentrate but the security quickly comes to tell Me 'I can't sit over here because it's for children' BUT there's only 6 People in the Library. I've noticed Children sitting anywhere they want , talking loudly & running around without ANYTHING being said to them on multiple visits to this Library. I just packed up & left. Being a Master Martial Artist I didn't want to loose it by putting the security guard in the hospital. This isn't a Library for People who have serious business &/ research they want to do, you WILL be...
Read morei only lived around here for a short period, but i enjoyed the library. i must have moved at the same time an employee from Palo Verde library did because he works up there now and he's really knowledgeable and is a great help. the new guy up there is a sweetheart and very patient with my kids. i never had a problem with kids being loud but since i have young ones my tolerance level may be different than others. after school hours is the worst to go up there tho, only because it gets crowded with high schoolers. not that it's a problem, they all are well behaved as far as i can tell, but it's not as calm as other times of the day. it's a very small library so you will definitely have to get Holds more often than not coming to this library. that's the only reason i gave it a 4 instead of a 5...
Read moreI have frequented this library with my children for the past six years. When they were babies, we enjoyed the babytime program. Now that they are preschool age, they are not allowed into the younger programs and their preschool program falls on a day I work, so we do not go as often. Most of the staff has been friendly, but today I had a very unpleasant encounter with a woman in the area where they sell discarded books. I don't have her name, but she was a much older woman wearing a white shirt. She was quite rude and gave me a lecture because she didn't think I was going to pay for the books in my arms. On the contrary, we donate and give money to this library on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this one encounter makes me not want to...
