My family and I visited this location with our eight-month-old and two-year-old. My husband was inside first, but the front reception staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the property. There were only about 3 families inside with about 5 other children.
Cloud House is very welcoming and a great place for children to come play. The areas were neat and tidy, and I noticed the two staff women pick up most of the toys and wipe them down with some sort of cleaner. I appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness of the entire visit.
There are two bathrooms in the back along with a small snack stand selling applesauce, apple juice water, and other options. They also have eating tables to the left of the snack stand. There are hourly activities that the staff engages the children in, if they are interested, such as gluing paper to make a house, drawing, or building blocks.
From the small doctor's office to the train city by the kitchen and the slide and obstacle course and infant area, I would recommend this place for anyone with small children from infants to about 7 years old, as our children had a really fun time. It also gives new parents a sense of...
Read moreMom of a 15 month old and a 3 year old. My favorite part of Cloudhouse is that my children can separate and I can still spot both of them no matter where they are. Some might be concerned that the play space could get too boring if everything is within sight, but that is totally wrong! There are lots of separate engaging areas that can easily keep kids occupied for several hours. The staff routinely does 'toy rotations' as well, so even though we are members we always notice something different each time we go. My second favorite part of Cloudhouse is that all of the obstacle areas and otherwise dangerous climbs are very well padded. My rambunctious 15 month old can be crazy and fall down without fear. That said I do have to go into the ball pit with him to make sure he doesn't stand at the bottom of the slides. My third favorite thing about Cloudhouse is that it is very clean and tidy. But to parents of kids in diapers, please take care of those poops promptly. Since it is only 1 big room the smell can definitely linger. The perfect place for kids who like to climb and want to move through the ball pit to release some energy. Everything else feels like a...
Read moreWe took our 2 year old daughter for the first time today and she had an absolute blast. She didn't want to leave at all and we actually had to carry her out lol. They have so much to do that it seems endless. They are also very clean and sanitary which is hard to manage with a facility for little kids so that was impressive. The jungle gym is awesome and they let parents go up with their kids which is a huge plus! Some places won't allow you to go with your toddler/baby and that can ruin all the fun. The staff seemed very friendly and accommodating and did their jobs perfectly. We ended up getting a membership and will be going back very frequently! If you need a switch up in routine for your baby/kid this...
