Place my order today at 12:00 got there at 1:00 and they tell me there's two orders ahead of it everyone in the store which is about four people look very upset and have been waiting a long time. This is not a once in a while thing with this place it's every single day all day you could walk in with no one there placed your order online 30 minutes beforehand and it will not be made or even started. I can tell you this from over a hundred times of going there and I now will never go back. I will go to one that is managed correctly. It is true on the other reviews where they tell you to come back and speak to Jennifer and then you get horrible service from her also I go to any other Firehouse subs in the valley no problem food is made on time everyone's polite. When you walk into this place everyone who's in there is pissed off upset and waiting 10 times longer than it would take it any other place for a sandwich. They won't talk to you they won't communicate with you and they won't let you know how long it's going to take just basically shut up sit down and wait. It is not like to say any other Firehouse subs I've ever been to The other reviews back up what I'm saying. So corporate walk in that door and see what we mean place an online order do a GrubHub order have it delivered to your house you will probably fall asleep waiting for it. Walk in at 12:15 p.m. Corporate and see how everyone is upset see how everyone has lost their lunch hour by the time they receive their sandwich and have to go back to work That's how you lose customers permanently. I would know I ordered three times through GrubHub and I did fall asleep all three times waiting an hour and a half and yes I tip $20 every time so that was not the issue. Then see how long it takes when you order for delivery just to get a driver to take it they don't want to go there because they know they're going to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Instead of getting Firehouse subs four times a month I now do it one time a month because I have to travel much further to get it and it's worth it to travel versus putting up...

As I went to fill my drink cup and get a lid for it..I noticed how filthy and disgusting the lid holder was. Dusty and dirty just what you want to reach in and get a lid for your drink. If the health dept came in they would fail..food on the floor and area by drinks, lids, straws and napkins was filled with crumbs. Gross! To top it off the soap dispenser in the ladies bathroom was completely empty or broken. Needs some cleaning!!
Follow up on reply from guest services who provided a link to customer service. Then you get to text with a bot and the contact information area is unable to recognize your email. So there is no way for Firehouse to contact you. Why didnāt the person who replied from Guest Services take care...

After waiting a few minutes at the counter someone finally comes over to take my order. $11 for a sandwich isn't too expensive. 10 minutes goes by and I still don't have my sandwich. I go up and ask how much longer it will be. I get told there are 10 sandwiches in front of me, it will be at at least 20 more minutes. This is something that should have been mentioned to me when I was ordering, not 10 minutes after my money has already been taken. Having to get back to work I didn't have the time to wait another 20 minutes for my sandwich. I asked for a refund so I could leave but was just ignored by the staff. The staff, refusing to refund my $11 and getting no product for my purchase. Needing to get back to work...
