Update: After my review I was reached out to and told to come by and they would fix my nails. I got there and the manager herself sat and fixed the nails that were messed up. And this time the chrome looks absolutely stunning and it hasn’t chipped off or spotted like the first set did and it’s been a couple of days since I've went to get them fixed. (which I’m very happy about) overall I’ll say considering the overall experience I’ll definitely still say this to be a good business with good people.

Very upset I paid 150$$$ for them not to last went there a week ago to get my nails and toes done. The chrome on my nails started to come up immediately but I honestly didn’t mind too much since it wasn’t to bad when it’s not close up in your face. But now I have one nail that already came off after A SINGLE WEEK. I also have one toe that the polish has just fallen off of and a lumpy clumpy stack of nail polish on my big toe from when I asked if I could change the color on my toes to something different (due to the pink being so lite it was basically clear) and him not whipping it off and just stacking the polish on. Something I didn’t notice until I got a closer look. Over all the service is good and the people are nice and friendly but the quality of work I received personally just wasn’t it for me and will never ever spend 150$ on A WEEK long nails here again! So busy trying to shade my nail tech when baby you could NEVA! I’ve been here before. You’re the back up salon for a reason. Literally walked out this man was so rude. I came in to get 2 nails repaired & a builder gel set. My nails are my own & this man insists that I have plastic tips on my nails. I’m telling him they aren’t so I call my nail tech & have her explain because I don’t want him adding tips to the unbroken nails or anything outside of what I normally get to my nails. I call her because he INSISTS there is tips & I KNOW they aren’t. He clearly has never used builder gel before because he kept saying he can see where my nails stop. My nail tech files underneath once the gel is hardened because my nails underneath sometimes split. This man was so rude & said well she does her own thing & I do mine. OBVIOUSLY! YOU WERE HOWEVER INSISTENT ABOUT SOMETHING YOU WERE WRONG ABOUT SO I CALLED TO CONFIRM WITH THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY DID MY NAILS. THERE ARE NO TIPS ON MY NAILS & IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW BUILDER GEL WORKS, JUST SAY THAT. Literally got up & walked out mid nail filing because his attitude was so nasty & literally all I did was call to confirm the thing he was questioning. The gel french manicure used a cloudy pink base, the guy left the thick white line on my fingers, and I had to remind him to turn the UV light on. It was all pretty disappointing but in the interest of keeping my schedule, I let it ride. It was better than nothing and I was headed out for business the next day. That night I noticed a chip in the corner of one, and upon investigation the whole thing peeled right off. This is unheard of for gel and why we pay more for it! It was too late to go back and to my surprise I was able to peel ALL of them off and replaced with a clear coat at home. The below picture was taken about 3 hours after the gel manicure. Upon return from my business trip, I called to ask for a refund. The week the manicure was needed had passed, and the nails never made it. Her husband didn't know what to say, and Lily asked that I stop by so she could verify that I was a legit customer. This seemed more than fair, so I did. Once there, she did remember me, but her husband was ready to play the bad guy and said gruffly "No refunds on services!". This could have been expressed by phone before wasting my time.
