Over the past couple of years I’ve had the pleasure of training with Tyler. His expertise ensured that every session was effective, safe, and tailored to my needs.    Read moreThis place is very very dirty. I think the owner cleans this place once a week. I tried to clean the equipment after using them but there aren't any cleaning supplies to use! The equipment are worn down. Equipment like captain's chair aren't bolted to the ground ... The gym has a wide variety of equipment which is really good. the down side is there is NO ROOM to stretch or do warm ups.
I seen guys workout here with no shirt. I applauded them for their confidence with body but for other folks it makes them uncomfortable. I seen guys workout with no shoes too. (no problem to me but that could be liability problem) . Please Mr. owner put a dress code in your gym.
The only saving grace of this facility is my trainer (Tevin Knowles ) . He very patience and he mold your training session to adapt to whatever medical condition you might have. In my case I have spondylolisthesis so I can't put too much weight in front of me.

Upon starting she provided me with a packet that listed out macro intake, meal ideas, how to measure the foods that I was consuming, and tips to succeed to hit my target goals. During each session, she explains each workout thoroughly and takes her time to fix my form to ensure I am doing it properly while avoiding any injury/pain throughout the process. She is extremely patient, dedicated, knowledgeable and kind. The entire process with her has been amazing and thorough! Even with the crazy schedule I have she’s been able to work with me to make it in each week. So far we’ve been able to gain muscle and lose body fat(which was a goal of mine)! She has made it remarkably easy to not hate the fitness journey and make it a lifestyle rather than a quick fix.
