El Zafiro Banquet Hall — Attraction in Phoenix

My mom is at this date and time having her wedding party. She got the banquet hall for approximately 150 people. Only 80 attended. For some weird and stupid reason, the banquet hall staff notified my mom that they did no longer have trash bags or plates to serve food. My mom had to go out of her way … ON HER WEDDING DAY, to drive to the store to buy more plates and trash bags. She was also instructed to buy plates for the cake. I don’t understand. I do not recommend this place to anyone. For the amount of money it was to rent the place, they were obviously not prepared to host a party of less than 150 people. Zero stars if I could. My mom shouldn’t be stressing about feeding people on her wedding day.

I highly recommend this place, me and my husband we just had our wedding here on Valentines Day. El Zafiro was understanding and considerable of what we were looking for on our budget. From the whole hall decorated, bartender, security colors and the cake. It's ok, the neighborhood is not the best as it sits next door to a strip club. The inside was OK, round tables were terrible though super wobbly as they only have center support so all center pieces kept falling when anyone bumped to tables.
