I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I have never felt so pampered in my entire life! I had the honor of having Manny as my massage therapist & Megan as my esthetician the same day. Both were absolutely fantastic & very professional, and both sessions were extremely relaxing. Manny gave me helpful tips like certain stretches to do at home that can release my pain. I couldn’t thank him enough and felt great the week after! Megan has hands of a goddess & made me feel like a princess. She is very knowledgeable and has a very kind presence that feels judgement free and welcoming. She asked me a lot of questions to really cater the whole experience for me. I could really see a difference in my skin not only the day of & after, but the weeks following I saw a major improvement. I was literally glowing the day of and never felt so confident in my skin. Megan suggested products that would work better in my routine that she used during my facial & she was definitely right. I will continue to purchase the products she suggested me, and hopefully I’ll be back soon to be graced in her presence again. Absolutely love her and highly suggest both herself & Manny to anyone in the future. You will not be disappointed!! :)

With monsoons come migraines. I woke up recently with a fairly crippling migraine. After laying on the couch trying some of my regular remedies, I knew this one was going to need more. I remembered seeing a new location that opened near me. I viewed the website but didn't see the service I was hoping for, but I called anyway. I asked if there were any massage techs familiar with lymphatic draining and was told yes. In fact, that person had a 4:00 opening if I wanted it. I arrived and was welcomed. When the tech escorted out her previous patron, the manager let her know I was already here. Kristie excitedly pointed and said you're the lymphatic massage, right? She cleaned her room and brought me in explaining how after her base credits were done, she immediately began specialized classes in it because she had such a profound experience with it as a student. As the massage ended, my migraine only felt a little better (I was secretly disappointed). She left the room to get dressed, I sat up and the pressure drained out of my head like a miraculous plug had been pulled. I LEFT THERE HAPPY AS A CLAM - assuming...

I called and booked a couples massage for my wife and I as a surprise for Christmas. I was told over the phone it's was 99.95 for the couples massage, which I found to be very cheap so I asked if that is for both or each, and was told that's for both. Our massges were great the therapist did a amazing job on myself and my wife was very happy with hers as well. When we went to pay the total came out to 223.89 and, when I asked the receptionist why it was that amount she told me it's 99.95 each. I explained to her I was told 3 times on the phone it was 99.95 for both and she did nothing to explain the misunderstanding or apologize just asked if she can charge the card on file. I understand mistakes happen and had a feeling there was a misunderstanding and even told my wife I think it's 100 each and expected this to happen. I just didn't expect the receptionist to be so uncaring and tell me services were already provided so what card should she charge. My advice confirm the price before your massage. I will never come back to hand and stone again even though my massage was great the customer service...
