Mary's Barbershop — Attraction in Phoenix

My husband went there around five to get a cut. He was told it would be ten minutes for them to get to him. THIRTY MINUTES LATER, he asked again when it would be his turn and they said after one client then they’d work on him. Once they were done with that client, they told him hey sorry we’re gonna close. OK?? So they wasted his time for almost an hour just to tell him to leave at the end. AND it wasn’t even 6:30 like their hours on google claims is when they close - they kicked him out before six! They still had the nerve to tell him to come back the next day. Well he can’t he’ll be at work and after that treatment, you really thing he’d want to be served by you? He no longer has faith in privately owned salons anymore. At least at Great clips they do a good job and stay COMMITTED TO THEIR POSTED...

Nice kid, clean place, horrible haircut. The sides of my head don't flow to the top I didn't want a odd flattop but that's what I got. I asked for shaved around the ears and low skin fade round out the sides so my hair can grow back. When I finally got to see what happened to my head it was to late. I can see bumps and ridges in the work done and have no choice but to be polite and say thank you. I have zero faith in any try of fixing or ability to follow instructions. Sorry. I didn't like the atmosphere. Everyone seemed to know everyone. I sat there waiting on someone to cut my hair.
