Phoenix Kart Racing Association (PKRA) — Attraction in Phoenix

Just spent the weekend here at the 4-cycle super showdown.

It was very organized and well run especially considering that it was very popular with lots of entries. Everything ran smoothly.

The staff was polite and helpful. I had a question about how they determine the grid position for which a brief answer would have sufficed but the staff gave me a detailed explanation using our standings compared to a close competitor. Much more detail than I expected but I definitely understand the rule not. Thanks.

It looks like it will be even busier next year. We look forward to going next year.

I would suggest that they add two more food trucks next year and more soap and towels in the bathroom. Maybe a mechanics soap such as ”Tough Nut” to wash the grease off.

Been going to the PKRA track since the mid 90's. With so many different track configurations it is always a fun track to bring a kart to practice or race on. Support staff at the track are always very good and always run the track safely. Great track, for beginner karts to super shifter karts... amazing how much fun, challenge, and satisfaction karting provides...

Came here for early testing two years ago, it started snowing all the sudden before the race weekend. What the hell Phoenix? That corner with the crazy banking is sick. I did crack my chassis because of that though, but it was a old chassis, and not sure if the chassis is supposed to vibrate like crazy through that corner. Lets hope that was the...
