Santiago’s Barbershop — Attraction in Phoenix

Hello everyone, this is my opinion so far for this barbershop, I went in on a Sunday morning, and I wanted to look nice and sharp for my first day job working at a new company. The only thing I truly hated was the fact I thought the gentleman was putting hairspray on my hair or some kinda spray, but I later find out after I took a shower it was that paint to make your hair line up look perfect. Because my lineup was not perfectly done correctly. And I am allergic to that kinda spray, so I was itching, figuring out what's going on, so I had to take some benadryl. I was getting hives and red marks all over my neck and face. I later had to fix my lineup myself to make it perfect. But at the same time, I did tell the barber, I was in a rush, to make my hair look good. Cool guy, I do not know the whole barbershop or their other barbers, but I'll come back. Thank you...

I loved coming down to get my haircut here from the start. My barber Mikey he has been cutting my hair for almost a year I think I was his first customer after his move from New York. He did a really good job specially because I have a head tattoo and he had no problem fading it. That cut is on his Instagram and you can see his work. From my time going there I got to see all the barbers do cuts. And the big thing I noticed it was the interaction they had with the customers. They knew the people that were getting the cuts. The boss man would have a line of chairs lined up to see him and sometimes it was just to say hello and catch up. All the barbers had their regulars and took care of the customer. I have been coming down here for more than a year now. My search started with finding a barber to try out new things and is reliable. Santiago is the man and will get what you needed done. Clean and friendly barber shop with many locals coming in. Recommended to book your reservation with Santiago in advanced because he gets booked up quick!
