I can't believe how I was treated today by NANCY!! I did a mobile order @12:38PM.. I get to the window at 12:55 with 2 ppl in front of me waiting as well. I asked them if they had been helped, and they said no. She was tr for more than 8 min with no one opening the window or as a courtesy (we will be with you in a mis), but nothing. I knock in the window, and 2 min go by and nothing. I had to go to the Drive Thru Window to plz let someone know we had been there for a while now. That's when NANCY opened the window and told the 1st lady in line after waiting for more than 10min (oh Drive thru orders ONLY) I said why put a sign or something but of course they ain't allowed because they HAVE to take window orders. She proceeded to say ok and, and to everything that I was saying, plus she went and said, Why are you complaining if she didn't. I said, "Let me talk to your manager she said you can call CORPORATE. Bill cus I know who's manager at this store and he came up nicely and I just said I don't think it fair that she can't take 5 seconds and say give me a min. He apologized and gave me my pastry. I called CORPORATE to make a complaint. Because of NANCY, not the actual Starbucks, I know how busy they can get, but come on!!! While on the phone with C.S, they sure agreed that they were supposed to take window orders while I was sitting at the drive thru a lady who comes and she TOOK her order, and she even paid cash!!! All I told her SEE you were supposed to take orders that you made that poor lady with her child after waiting for 10 min away to D.T, but you took her order! That's just not right! Read moreI'm so upset by the customer service we received tonight. First of all I understand that we all have bad days and working late shifts are really tiring, but nobody deserves to be mistreated. I am paying for my coffee nobody is giving me anything free, and I deserve to order what I desire. I did not want a hot coffee cup, therefore I asked for the venti iced coffee. I'm a regular customer of Starbucks and this is the second time I go to this one because it's closer to where I am at the moment. The lady who was on the drive thru was super rude. I did ask for an iced coffee with no ice because my husband does not have time to get one in the morning so we didn't want to get it with ice. The girl was a smart a** when responding to me by saying "an iced americano with no ice?" and I affirmed saying yes. By the time we paid for our coffee we asked if one of the coffees had an extra espresso shot and she continued to be really rude and giving us an attitude responding "yes" with a really high tone to us. With that being said, I will never visit this place again and I don't know the girl's name but I did tell her to check her attitude. I'm not the type of person to talk trash about people but this time I just felt the need to write this review because I am tired of seeing people with bad customer service, I don't think anyone deserves to be treated that way. I wait in the drive-thru line for nearly 30 minutes to then find out when I was getting ready to order (5 coffees) that they were not serving iced coffee. It’s the middle of summer in Arizona, how is there no ICED coffee? This, may in fact, be something out of their control; however, I do not understand why a sign wouldn’t be placed at the start of the drive-thru line to travel to a different location. There was a sign; however, informing they ONLY accept cash. I still placed an ordered, arrived at the window with a $100 bill (the only cash I had) and the cashier informs they cannot take a $100 bill. No exceptions. I don’t understand how a location that ONLY accepts cash is unable to take $100 bill.
