Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

5:30 am go through the drive thru and order a cold water and a hot water only to be told YOU DONT HAVE HOT WATER!!! ASKED LUPITA 4X how do you have coffee with no hot water!!!!!????? Then LUPITA proceeded to get smart asking do I want the cold water or not!!! (NO CUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THRU) SO I pull up to the window for her to tell me there not allowed to give out hot water!!! EXCUSE ME!!! DO YOU OR DONT YOU HAVE HOT WATER?!? I GUARANTEE IF LUPITAS MOM ASKED FOR WATER SHE PROBABLY WOULDVE WALKED AWAY WITH BREAKFAST!!!! SO she seen me getting the information to contact Jack in the Box and here comes an elderly lady to TRY and explain to me about the HOT WATER!!! SHE HAD NO NAME TAG ON AND DID NOT KNOW ENGLISH!!! HOW DID SHE GET IN MANAGEMENT POSITION AND DONT KNOW ENGLISH?!? HOW?!? HOW?!? HOW??!? SO I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE DENTIST SIZE CUP OF COLD WATER!!! DRIVE ACROSS THE STREET TO MCDONALDS (AND YES THEY HAD CUSTOMERS) AND SPOKE ENGLISH!!!! YES SHE SPOKE ENGLISH!!!! I ORDER SAME THING 1 HOT WATER/1 COLD WATER AND SHE ASKED WOULD THAT COMPLETE MY ORDER AND I SAID YES MA'AM!! PROCEEDED TO WINDOW and she gave me A LARGE HOT WATER WITH A LARGE COLD WATER and told me to have a NICE DAY!!! HEY JACK why don't you hire ENGLISH speaking employees?!? Makes no sense it's 2024 and your manager DOESN'T KNOW ENGLISH WITH NO NAME TAG!!! HIRE BETTER PEOPLE AND IM SURE YOU WOULD GET MORE RETURNING CUSTOMERS!!! I JUST WON'T BE ONE!!!!! AGAIN JACK HIRE BETTER PEOPLE! I WOULDN'T TRUST THAT LADY COOKING MY FOOD ANYWAYS. ...

By far NOT the worst one I have been to. NOT AT ALL, AT ALL! For sure the employees being young made them friendlier in my jack in the box creeps. There should only EVER be high school and college kids working in fast food (with the exception of salary positions.)Mi POV, Period. The ones they are all dinggy and confused is better than the ones distracted with each other at 2 am when I would ever be high enough to eat this poison. If there were fake food available to my convenience at that hour, or, I’d have opted for it. BUT, There wasn’t! I’m addicted to what they provide to me, instantaneously (Being in my ‘desecrating my temple’ phase of life, at least if I’m going in on this body, by consumption of edible goods, may just as well measure the experience and stay positive to counter the habits I have? Right???) I like youngsters on the drive through no matter what shift… cool kids mishandle my food I’m cool with that, but two employees touch it with the same hands are were holding a pipe in, or had in places they are in back or the bathroom ‘cleaning’ TRUE STORY, when I pulled up and nobody answered for 10 min, just, ewwww! … that was at a jack in the box on 43rd and Thomas (where alll the perk heads are camping at) in, Westside of Phoenix, Arizona.

So, short story, I vibed through the ordering processes here. I was actually happy to be got for 30 something bucks for a fat sack of poison. Kids do the fast food...

I would give less than one star if possible. I went there Wednesday morning and had the worst experience of my life. I was threatened by an Employee named Nicole just because I was going to make a copy of refund receipt since they can’t give you a copy themselves. I had left my purse and phone in my handicapped parking space so I took the receipt and proceeded out to my car to make a copy when this employee went berserk and started screaming at me that I could not make a copy of it but I proceeded to tell her I would be right back with her receipt as I assumed they needed it for the refund. She kept yelling and spitting in My face since she was close enough to step on my bad foot. She then yelled in front of other customers and causing me extreme embarrassment “To get out, and you are banned from this location” I happened to be in Phoenix that day due to business. I have tried in vain to contact Corporate Offices and the District Manager or even the Manager to no avail. The closest I got was to a Manager at another location and she was nice enough to call me back. She said she knew the District Manager and someone would call me back. Not one call yet. Maybe this will be seen (if it posts at all) these young employees seem to think they can talk down to us older people, but that is not the case here.
