Tattered Nest Vintage — Attraction in Phoenix

I give it a one! I bought paint and asked the lady at the front desk if you could return the paint if you didn't open and use it! Well 4 days later I called and asked and one lady answered I asked she said no I don't think so, I said oh ok well another lady told me I could. Then this lady said who is this? I told her my name and (and was confused why she needed my name) then she hung up on me! WTH! I called back and another lady answer I said hmmm I was just hung up on. She said no I think it was a drop call "yeah ok" so I asked her about returning paint. She said no then I said well the lady I bought it from said I could, she said she must have misunderstood you. Don't know how you can get confused with a question can you return paint if never opened. So now I have $108.00 paint chilling in my house that will never get used! You all just go to...

I stopped into this cute place after seeing a really pretty jewelry armoire they had listed and I wanted to check it out in person. I loved it instantly and purchased it. The staff was very friendly and the cashier even carried my purchase out for me going as far as loading it into my car. I didn’t expect this but I appreciated it very much and felt that was going the extra mile especially in a small business setting. The store is so colorful and I was enamored by all of the unique, eye-catching merchandise surrounding me. Three weeks ago I bought a gorgeous queen sized bed frame. It is one of the most beautiful things I own. As always with Tattered Nest the customer service is tremendous. I STRONGLY recommend (and you know it is for reallz when all caps are used) Tattered Nest when purchasing furniture rather than big chains.
