I’ve been coming here for a couple months now and every time I have had a great experience with the women that work here. This last time I had a male do my pedicure and manicure. I had gel polish removed and he used the automatic nail file and basically filed my nails down to nothing they all broke and tore. In my experience you do not use that tool as hard as he did for gel polish removal. I should have said something then I just assumed he knew what he was doing. Now for the pedicure I had ingrown nails on my big toe, he did get them out. However what follows that is a infection. So now I have an infection in my toe and it’s extremely painful. I was charged twice for $104.00 on bank card that clearly had money and it reflected in bank statement and charged on zelle when asked to address issue manager said show me statements and when I did she kept stalling and finally said call ur bank they will fix it for you. She refused to return the money. So I was charged $208.00 for two pedicures at glitter nails because she stated my card was declined but never showed me a declined receipt or message she did show me a receipt for 208.00 dollars + 22 dollars she charged my mother for her pedicure. I made appointment to get pedicure and manicure. Clean place, Didn’t get names from either ladies working there. Had arranged regular nail work that cost &45.00 but made decision to use powder on my hands with intention of nails extensions but didn’t get it, also, did eyebrows faxed. Been charged $90.00 for all.
