Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

It's the worst experience of my life do not eat here there's a manager named Maria who is refusing to replace my order that she messed up and if you're going to have rude inconsiderate unreliable untrustworthy managers who argue with you to the blue in the face about two soft tacos that she messed up on and would not take credit for her mistake I do not recommend eating here go down the street to the next one where they're actually honest about their work you got this Maria check up here who messes up orders and and lies about it and will not refuse to correct it so like I said a problem is it a problem until you refuse to collect I know for a fact from working there that she's not allowed to refuse you when she messed up your order and she exactly what she did she argue with me about two soft tacos for half an hour clean to see my bank statements I think there's an acceptable and unfair Taco Bell and if you don't reach out back to me I will reach out to court for myself I want my money for my soft tacos that Maria robbed me. It's like how many bad reviews do you have to get how many people have to complain before you fired this Maria I'm ready to go home and get my baseball bat and go up there and smash your lights lights out for humiliating me in the one day somebody's going to retaliate and you guys aren't...

This isn't a hard job but they need to put somebody at the window I guess that understands language of English. And not put in whatever they want. Then Then when you call and say hey I got the wrong order and they try to tell you well that's why I have here on the screen it's not my fault they they put it in wrong they can put whatever They want on the screen doesn't make it right and then hang up. I have a small business so I have a GoPro car to record video and Audio and going over it It says what I order and it was not what was on the screen or what I got. So at least I can share that with corporate and how unprofessionalll this person is by hanging up just because he got his order wrong. If your not ready to own your mistakes tell your parents that your not mentally prepared even though your 28. They might let you drink mountain dew and play video games all day. I wouldn't pay $20 for 2 taco's and a Mexican pizza which is not what I ordered and if it was I would have just ordered...

taco bell is a 2.5 star franchise for me. perfectly mediocre. to me this is one of the better ones around. they have a slightly decorated dining room. they still have the menu above the counter. the men's restroom was pretty good for being a single person size.

I got a double stacked taco. reliably decent. I decided to deviate from my normal grilled cheese burrito and got 2 cheesy double beef tacos. honestly 2 was more satisfying than the grilled cheese. the grilled cheese is mostly soft ingredients and for being bigger the stuff comes out as you try to bite it. similar w the value menu burritos but them being smaller was a more manageable bite.

I've tried a cantina menu item before and as meh I'm waiting for better different gimmicky menu items.

they are letting a homeless looking guy sleep at a dining table. Definitely represents the area which is poorer than some other areas. I like that the floor isn't the dumb tiles most taco bells have but...
