Absolutely the most awful service everytime i come to this store. They have terrible customer service i asked politely for the girl working to pull up her mask that was hanging around neck. She told me no. I pointed out that she was making our food. I did not have mine on because i am vaccinated. So instead of her putting her mask on she kicked me out of the store on top of it there was 45 minutes before she closed and also refused to get food out she already put away and they had no cookies i said to her regardless of the time im a paying customer your store advertised having them if they ran out then she should have put a sign up. Anywho i have the entire interaction recorded and will be calling the franchise since she mentioned itt wasnt corporate. I have worked for 2 subways in my time and never treated somone so badly. It doesnt matter the store was closing in 45 minutes she is still obligated to serve what the advertised on their menus. Just glad i have the whole thing recorded. Its intetesting when my boyfriend goes on alone she is flirty and gives him free food which is stealing from subway since its a franchise she is taking money straight from someones pocket. makes me ponder how much of subways product she has given away for free then counting it as waste at night that is very dishonest i would not want an employee that is stealing from my company especially in hard times that we were in plus she bragged that its not a corporate store so she does not have to follow their rules. Read moreSince the location of this Subway changed from the NW corner of Cave Creek/Cactus to the NE corner, it has gone downhill. The new owners do not participate in coupons and do not offer all items listed on the Subway app. I ordered a Grilled Tuna with 3x provolone, tomatoes, green peppers and parmesan cheese. All I got was a toasted tuna with hardly any tuna in it, regular 4 half slices of provolone and the tomatoes and green peppers. I didn't even taste the parmesan. I had to go back in and let the lady know this isn't what I ordered, after checking it when I got into my vehicle. She said we don't offer that any more. I said you need to update what your store offers since there was nothing to tell me otherwise when I used the app. This is misleading and fraudulent.
