This farmers market is huge! It has everything you could want in an outdoor market and plenty of different food options. A large amount of vendors offer vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and omnivore options with a wide diversity in cultures both in the crowd and selections! Children will love the fresh pressed lemonade 🍋 (only $6 for a huge and fresh treat) or real fruit juice Popsicles, and parents will enjoy the family friendly space (plenty of children for yours to make friends with or to make you feel less like your children are loud savages) this is an amazing space for anyone between the ages of 0 to 99. The most amazing feature may be the EBT double up bucks! You simply go up to the information tent and purchase as many $5 chips as you want and get this! You get silver coins to purchase as many fruit and veggies as your heart desires. Its a 1 to 1 program and allows you to try all of the organic produce you may want to but can never seem to find the extra money to! All food based vendors (meat, honey, breads, eggs, pickles, even deserts) accept the $5 coins and all farmers accept the silver $1 coins, just be sure to come early as some of the best deserts in the dessert sell out with an...
Read moreThis review is not for the Market itself, which instead deserves 5 stars, even if chaotic and lots of overpriced items at stands, rather for that rude and unpleasant woman seller of small dish towels and she was in one of the main isles. She has 0 customer skills, if you are condlstantly in a bad mood don't go sell at a market, since in general you will need a great amount of patience and courtesy to deal with customers, I can't believe that here people are so fed up and aggressive and unpleasant from the start just because there are a few bad apples, it's not possible to get approached this way when you are basically empty, there is no one at your stand(ih eait, I guess why), then I am buying from you and you should be happy and glad you are selling something, if I ask you if you want cash or card it's because I know I have a large bill in my wallet, those are money, not pieces of paper, then if I ask you if you have change you can't respond me "oh you come to the market with a large bill.." like you want to me give me a lesson, I didn't come this morning to have a lesson from you, but to buy a small gift. Then I paid by card by the way. Shame on you rude woman. I will never come again to...
Read moreOne of my favorite farmers markets ever!! Reminds me of the amazing ones in Northern CA. Plenty of fresh produce, prepared foods, arts and crafts, and more!! There are different vendors on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and even though there's only maybe about 1/4-1/3 of the vendors on Wednesdays, both are 100% worth checking out!
Love the breakfast burritos (line's huge on Saturdays but way better Wednesdays), Italian food, falafel/shawarma, but most of all is Bizy Sisters Custom Bakes! Y'all they're only there Wednesdays, but they have THE BEST BUNDT CAKE I've EVER had. Flavors rotate weekly, and I've tried both the strawberry and the lemon! Both were incredibly, like incredibly moist and so packed with flavor. The stand looks unassuming and is kind of in the corner, but you'll see super mini Bundt cake samples and that's the one -- and just FYI, the slice of bundt cake is even more moist than the sample!
P.S. they're not paying me or are even aware that I'm giving them a shout-out. They're just the nicest people and have also made me passionate about bundt cakes apparently. Thanks...
