This is a very corrupt church I came here because I thought they believed in God I come to find out that it is a private church it avoids paying taxes by claiming it’s a private church now last time I checked God didn’t authorize private churches so they can hire security to kick you off for what seems very minor keep in mind he carry’s a gun it’s concealed I was accused or should I say I fit the description of the person I guess had made a threat on a phone call may be days prior I had the security threaten me and I had my membership revoked $30 I paid and I still had over 10 days left to be here Jackie is a very evil person this is a very bad church do not go here they make a lot of profit and they don’t care about the people I asked the question which was very valid I said if a person needed somewhere to sleep will this church be willing to help them he said no because they have a certain amount of budgets to pay for yet they have a beautiful landscaping that cost thousands of dollars to maintain every month they have a private gym that they can revoke at any point in time they have a café there that they offer food as well tax exempt all in the claim of private property churches are not supposed to do stuff like that if you have any self-respect or you truly believe in God and not people who are deceiving do not come here I promise you it’ll be hell I had a good feeling that something bad was going to happen I just didn’t know when I spoke about just canceling my membership and Jackie felt that she had to use her authority to gain an answer from me now they check the cameras they will see everything that happened bye-god as my witness I know what happened I know how they treated me this place may last a couple more years maybe even until we all die but after in the day when judgment day comes I do not believe that this church was doing a rightful thing to help people out I edit this and add it to the church since they blindly let this happen and it...
Read moreI’m really disappointed and heartbroken to be writing this. My family and I visited the NPHX Hope Center recently, seeking support just like many others in the community. I understand the rule about taking six items of clothing, and I was respectful of that. However, when I asked if I could take two socks in place of one clothing item—something I was told was acceptable if you couldn’t find something—my request was denied.
Right beside me, another guest was allowed to take an additional toy for her child. I wasn’t upset about that—what upset me was the inconsistency. When I calmly asked the associate why grace was given to some people and not to others, I was hoping for a fair, kind answer. Instead, Rich—the manager—interrupted with an attitude, laughed, and said, “Some people get grace and some don’t. That’s just how it is.”
That moment crushed me.
Instead of de-escalating the situation or showing compassion, Rich became confrontational. He spoke down to me and turned something small into something unnecessarily hurtful. His words and behavior were the opposite of what NPHX Church claims to stand for.
NPHX’s mission is rooted in the love and example of Jesus—to serve, to care, to uplift. But that day, Rich did not reflect any of those values. If this is truly a place meant to serve the community with dignity, then everyone—regardless of their appearance, status, or situation—deserves the same respect and grace.
I walked away feeling humiliated and overlooked in a place that’s supposed to be safe and Christlike. I hope NPHX leadership takes this seriously and ensures that those in positions of leadership at the Hope Center represent the love and fairness that Jesus himself would have shown.
As for Danielle. She was the one who showed compasión, and tried to understand what i was trying to say. Rich should learn from Danielle on how to treat people with dignity...
Read moreUPDATED PLEASE READ: I found JESUS here when I was 13/14 years old. The pastor back then was Richard Jackson. I haven't been there since I was a teenager, that's why the 3 star rating. There are many memories from there, obviously the fact I became a bond slave to my LORD and SAVIOR is the biggest. If they are anything like they were back then I would highly recommend attending a service. May GOD smile upon all who see this, in JESUS Name, Amen. UPDATE: I still haven't been able to make a service but have heard they still teach from the bible and have many classes, activities and groups to grow you from a milk diet to one full of red meat. Stop in and learn about the unconditional Love our DADDY has for us. DADDY=GOD. The truest, closest translation of His love for us. If you are searching for what is next and how do we get there. Simple: we can not do anything to get to heaven!! And why is that? Because it is a free gift from GOD. Simply believe that JESUS came to this earth and died for us to pay for our sins. This is the only religion where you can not "Do" anything to get to heaven. It's a gift. When you were a kid and you got a Christmas gift, did you "Do" anything for it? No you could only accept it. It's Christmas and your DADDY has the greatest gift of all!!...
