Victory Lane Sports Park — Attraction in Phoenix

I need to invest in a sports complex like this! Hahaha....

Update: so after a year of confusion regarding entry fees for volleyball, they decided to make all players and parents pay every night. This is ridiculous and unfair. The baseball players do not pay to enter so why the vball players?? Let's do the math. My grand daughter attends 3-4 practices per week. An adult always attend with her. So that equates to $4 per night times 4 nights. So not only do we pay a hefty fee to play vball, which pays for those courts we use, but I am paying $64 per month the to the park just to walk in. What if family members wanted to come along.

Additionally, let's multiply that $64 times 40 kids entering 4 nights a week to practice vball. That's over $2500 per month in CASH entry fees. Smells a little off to me.

Of course, there is no other choice so we will pay and hope that at some point the park owners will decide to make it right.

Beyond that, there are good and bad points. The baseball fields are nice. The concessions are decent. Downside: the parking lot is falling apart and the restrooms are always filthy. This place pulls in a large amount of money. It would be nice if they reinvested some of it. Enough...

I passionately worked at this establishment for just about a decade. It became my home and my happiness, and I was so blessed to genuinely enjoy my job.

Unfortunately, the management is extremely unprofessional and the owners are not easy to communicate with or interested in doing things the right and moral way... I have never been so unfairly mistreated and dismissed, even when there was a direct issue involving me. Leading me to leave the only place I have wholeheartedly adored.

I was not respected even slightly, let alone allowed to be heard. This has been incredibly disappointing given I was dedicated, loyal, and truly cared about this park and everyone who worked there and came there as a guest.

I am ashamed that I worked for people of this manner for so long. They do not care for their employees, nor guests, and ultimately their business as a whole. This park could be so wonderful and has so much potential. It is a shame it is not cared for and operated as it should be.

This place is a disaster. For what they charge to get in you would think it would be in better shape. The parking lot is a disaster. Could barely cross the parking lot in my wheelchair because it is so tore up. Could not access hardly anything inside because of how bad the walkways are. Restaurant is disgustingly dirty. I would rather use a bathroom in a third world country. Then after all of this fun when I went leave I could not get in my car because some twat waffle parked in between the cars parked in handicap spots and parked where the ramp should be.
