I do not recommend anyone to Ford in Picayune, MS! I give not even 1 star to this unprofessional business but I had to for it to let me post. In April of 2024, I put my car in this dealerships service department for a new alternator. The day after I picked it up, my belt shredded and came off. Now here is the part that upset me most: the service department here at Ford said they would fix my car free of charge since they were at fault for not doing their jobs correctly- causing my belt to come off (To replace the alternator, the belt must come off and then be replaced) A man in the service department give me keys to a used loaner car to drive while mine was being repaired. That same day; which was a Friday, I had gotten into a major accident in their loaner vehicle. There was some feature with this car that if the tires get on the line of the road, the wheel will snatch by itself. I had no idea until it was too late. Whoever handed me those keys should have sat me down, give me a heads up about this dangerous feature, and should have checked if I even had a license and insurance. The unprofessionalism here is ridiculously insane! This feature caused me to fishtail out of control, finally causing me to flip 3 times before hitting 2 oak trees. I sat in ICU for a week, had to have emergency surgery on my abdomen due to internal bleeding from the seatbelt, broke my arm and had to get plates and screws put in, and many other injuries. I had called Ford first thing Monday morning while in the hospital to let them know that the loaner car had been totaled and all he said was “yeah, I seen pictures.” They also called me so many times a week until I put a stop to it- hounding me about this and that. I told these people I was in the critical care unit and they still would call. These people are scammers and are just out to add a dollar to their multibillion dollar company! Obviously they were not worried about mine or my two little ones safety!! Ford ends up going after my insurance for the claim when they had insurance on their loaner. (Why not file the claim through their own)? back to when I finally got my vehicle out of Ford, I had a bill close to $3,000. Ford was supposed to fix my car for free since they did not do what they were supposed to do the first go round. This is what the guy that is over the service department told me.
Luckily I have extended warranty that I purchased when I purchased my car; I only came out of pocket 90$ when getting the car out. This should have never happened; they filed a FALSE CLAIM through my extended warranty group & now my group is skeptical of approving anything else. When my car was being worked on, they ignored that my cv axle is and was broken and control arm is about to pop out of its place.
When I picked my car up from Ford, my AC did not work when it worked completely fine before it got to them. My car has been acting funny in so many ways since. Honestly, with the false claim they did on my group I will never put my trust into the Ford Herrin in Picayune. I have since then booked with a totally different Ford dealer- I will not give a penny to these...

I have tried to schedule an appointment to get this fixed twice to no avail. First time I called to schedule, and they told me they'd call me back to schedule -- never returned my call, so tried again. This time I got an appointment that I had to take time off from work to make, but I did it anyway. When I arrived to my appointment, they took my keys and told me it would take several hours. I handed them the keys, and waited approximately an hour when I got a phone call from them telling me they didnt have the replacement replacement air bags. So I took off from work for nothing!!!!!!
