Hardee’s — Restaurant in Picayune

Last night went to grab dinner because I didn't have time to cook. Placed my order at 8:33pm. Approximately 10 minutes later I was told they were out of tenders so I said I'd settle for a chicken sandwich. Another 10 minutes later and the woman calls a number a looks my way. I proceed to the counter, because I don't know the order number since I wasn't given a receipt. The young lady says "aren't we missing tenders" and I see the man that told me they were out of tenders FINALLY drop the chicken for the sandwich in the fryer. Finally about 35 minutes after ordering everything is ready. I was so aggravated I just took it and left. When we got home, the other sandwich we ordered is a mess. The bread is soaking wet from sitting so long and isn't even holding together and the fries are cold and grease soaked. This has been our go to for fast food but that was the last time we will ever go there again. Over 30 minutes and had 1 meal we couldn't eat and the other not really what we ordered. Was in town for a party and stopped at Hardee’s on the way out of town. It was absolutely filthy in there. While the guy taking my order was nice in the beginning. I was pretty much ignored most of the time I was in there. I wanted an unsweet tea and there was maybe a little bit left in the container and they didn’t have any more made. They did not offer to refund me for not having the tea. (It was for my diabetic sister, so I had to get unsweet tea and not something else.) If it’s possible, the burger patties were burnt to a crisp on the outside and completely red and raw on the inside. it also took like 25 minutes to get my food and there were no cars in the drive-through and nobody else on the inside. They have recently had their service become subpar to what it was I visited once or week or so I stopped due to my order was always incorrect and then when I politely went in ro fix my order the kitchen staff fought about it then when I received my 2nd sandwich barley ANY bacon on.it like 2 baby pieces so due to trouble to just simply get a plain chicken sandwich chicken bacon bread shouldn't be that hard but apparently it is so I switched to sonic even liking the hardee's sandwich a bit better it's not worth the 20-30 min to get a sandwich. 😞 The Manger there is nice and tries but once person can not control everything and she is who her kitchen staff fought with was rude to ect.. wished her a blessed day and ry but have not been...
