In December of 2023 I visited your dealership with intentions or purchasing a vehicle, everything started out good was greeted by Nick who was extremely professional and escorted me and my wife over to the sales department and introduced us to Logan. Logan introduced himself and asked what brought us in today, I told him the vehicle we came in for and Logan got the keys, and we were on our way. During the test drive Logan was extremely professional, knew everything about the vehicle we asked for and took us on a good route for the test drive. My wife like the vehicle so we head inside to talk about the price, after going back and forth Kyle comes over, does not introduce himself sits down and says the best we can do is the internet price and asks me where I am getting this price from I showed him a few vehicles same trim with less miles and he said yea you will have to go there cause we cant. Then when leaving Kyle finally introduces himself and says thanks for coming in. We thanked Logan and told him sorry we couldn’t make a deal. Shortly after leaving Lakeshore dealership, we receive a phone call from Steve with another price and it was close to where we wanted to be, and we gave Lakeshore one more price we wanted to be at and they came back 300$ from what would have closed the deal. After test driving a few vehicles at a dealership next to Lakeshore we came back to see if they would come down the 300$ we were going to purchase the vehicle regardless because the wife really liked the vehicle, and we had an excellent experience with the sales representative Logan. We talked to logan outside and he says we can go talk to Kyle about the 300$ difference. This is when things went south in a hurry. I Told Kyle you can’t come down 300$ to close this deal and he replied nope I’m already losing 40$ so I’m not excited about this deal, and said you came back here for the vehicle and that is the best deal I can do. First off you texted me about coming back and second off you told me your best deal was the first offer you made me before I left. Then he started to have an attitude raising his voice, cutting me off, and walking off mid conversation about 300$. I followed Kyle to confront him about his lack of professionalism and asked for the owners contact information. My wife even told him he is being rude to me, and he started to cut her off as well. Kyle continued to be unprofessional and when asked again about the owner’s contact information he stated that it was on the front of the building. I thanked him and me and my wife went about our way after apologizing to Logan once again. Once outside we looked for the owner’s contact information and it was not present, I walked back inside and respectfully asked Kyle where the contact information was because it was not on the building. He replied, “Google it bro” and I left...

Do not. I repeat, DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. I can not speak to the quality of the sales Department as I have never bought a vehicle through them. I do not ever plan to buy anything else from Lakeshore because if the service department is shady then I must assume that I would not be able to trust them with the service of my new vehicle after the sale. Since I am a Dodge owner and have happily driven and taken care of my Dodge Grand caravan for the last 9 years. I finally experienced some issues I needed the dealership to handle. Mainly, my transmission wouldn't shift out. No indication of anything wrong. Drove normal one day. The next day it drove it would not shift. Tried to drive it again, it drove fine. The very next time it wouldn't shift. So I decided to take it in because I think it must be electrical or a sensor going out since I have a check engine light on. I asked them to do a diagnostic and see what is wrong with the transmission. After giving me a run down of all the minor things that I already knew about I denied service for those. They claimed the second gear clutches were gone therefore I needed a new transmission. I agreed to the replacement of the transmission. The service writer tells me he is booked two weeks out so to expect it to be around October the 11th before it can be done. No problem I can't drive it like that anyway. I leave it with them expecting to check back then. I get a call it's ready on October 3rd. I pay the entire amount and get the key, asked if I could leave it right there and pick it up the next day. They agreed.I rushed over after I got off at 3:15 arrived there at about 3:55 put my stuff in the vehicle got in drove off the lot. I immediately had to turn around and take it back $6439.11 WORTH OF NEW TRANSMISSION AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! THEY TEST DRIVE IT MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE I WAIT. FINALLY AT 4:30 THE TECHNICIAN COMES IN AND BEGINS DISCUSSING WITH THE SERVICE WRITER SOME OF THE POSSIBLE ISSUES, WHICH ALL RELATED TO ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC. I don't believe they diagnosed it right. I don't believe anything was wrong with the transmission at all it was a ecm/PCM problem. They told me it was fixed and it is not. They wanted to charge me for further diagnosis and any other parts and labor that was necessary. I refused to agree to additional parts and labor. I am contacting the BBB, FTC, and a Civil lawyer....

Made the mistake of getting my car worked on here, the technicians misdiagnosed the car the first time despite me bringing the car in knowing what was wrong with it, went against my better judgement and allowed them to fix what they said was wrong instead. They were incorrect and ended up having to change the thermostat housing like I originally suggested. They then replaced the thermostat housing which fixed the overheating issue while offering to pay for labor which seemed reasonable. However within a day of getting the car back we started to have issues with the throttle body which was completely fine before they worked on the car. Upon brining the car back the dealership was adamant that they did not remove anything related to the throttle body when working on the thermostat housing so the previously working throttle body and sensor could not have been damaged by them. Unless they have magic technicians that can bend their arms in inhuman ways they would have to have removed the air box and the intake tubing to get to the thermostat housing which clearly attaches to and leaves the throttle body exposed and is In the general area they were working, instead of taking care of the repair they just chalked it up to “these things happen” while lying saying that they only have 1 negative review which you can clearly see on here is not true as they have several 1 star reviews. Long story short if you do your own work you might as well do it your self or take it to another shop, there’s a reason no one trusts dealerships anymore or Chrysler products in general take your business elsewhere. (Edit as a reply to the owners response) you guys were so ready to charge us for the throttle body and would have on the spot if I agreed to it, and it turns out your technicians just did disconnect or unintentionally loosen the throttle body sensor and failed to clear the code it caused, this was confirmed by the Jeep dealership in slidell that stated they receive many complaints for work completed at...

Two days later, two gentlemen pulled in front of my house with my beautiful truck on the trailer. I believe it is even better than I expected. If your in the market for a new vehicle you definitely need to go visit this lady. I was in and out in roughly an hour. Talked with her on the phone about current inventory made a time to meet pulled up and was greeted with a friendly smile. She had my potential vehicle pulled up already. I went and test drove while they looked at my trade in. Came back and crunched a few numbers. Agreed, signed and headed home. Best Experience Ever!
