Today we were faced with an emergency at our cabin. It was 1:30pm and our housekeeping advised us that the guests had urinated on our sofa cushions and it was ruined. We had a new guest coming in at 4pm! We started the drive from Kodak to Pigeon Forge and called the store to see what they had in stock in black and brown sleeper sofas Deb was super helpful and said she would send me photos and prices by text. We arrived at the location before the folks even finished getting the info together. So Richard helped ring us up and get us on our way with a new brown leather sleeper sofa in no time flat! We have bought mattresses, dressers, bunk beds, end tables, coffee table, recliner and a beautiful dining room table from Wholesale Furniture & Linens. Not only is the furniture beautiful but the customer service is incredible! If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. We never have we been treated better at any furniture store than here!! Richard and Hunter have gone above and beyond in helping us with any questions or problem we might have. Over the years we have bought from many different furniture stores but never have been treated better than here! This is the store for us in furnishing our rental cabin! These guys are perfect. 1) Ronnie the owner is friendly and easy to work with. I asked a favor and he didn't have to do it, but he did. 2) Staff is also friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with 3) On most items they are the best cost in time because he buys and sells in volume. Clearly his log bunk beds are the best quality and prices.
