Kees Park — Attraction in Pineville

Had a great day planned out for our 5 boys and our tiny puppy...get there and (even tho Google rated kees park top 18 best parks for dogs as well as children) find numerous signs scattered throughout the park and splash pad stating no pets allowed or no dogs allowed!!! So we tried to recoup from that by separating and letting dad take puppy into the park while I stayed with our 3 older boys and the 3 babies at the splash pad....nope got shot down again bc the park had no pets no dogs allowed signs and no where in sight were there any place for me to set down our infant son's belongings and carseat bc it was THAT packed!!! So we will not be returning to this sight, we will be looking for another park that is child and pet friendly bc our furbaby is just like our children, she is just as much apart of our...

Recently updated equipment, plenty of space for everyone, lots of picnic tables and seating, the splash pad, its in a great location, they're always putting on events especially for holidays, most important. Literally above all else, its clean and safe for both children and parents. I'm not concerned with what they may or may not find or even what they may or may not see or that they may get h7rt because of all manner litter and poorly taken care of equipment like Alexandria parks. So I feel much safer and more comfortable bringing the kiddos to Kees park. Have literally never had any kind of issues with this fine...
