I did not like this Taco Bell. You have to place your order on a tablet, but no one tells you that. So if you don't know or if no one tells you then you'll just be waiting there for someone to take your order. Which might not happen because two potential customers left while I was waiting for my order. It took over an hour and thirty minutes to get my order. Plus they put sour cream on my tacos without asking if I want it or not. I've never had a Taco Bell do that before. Also they forgot my drink I had to ask for it, which I don't feel I should have had to do so as it was part of my order. This was my first time going to this Taco Bell and it will also be my last time. They're more concerned with technology and being up-to-date then they are with customer service. If I wanted to order my food on a device I would have done so with the app through my phone. I think if I would have done so I might would have had better results. This Taco Bell needs to be more concerned about the customers and less with fancy gadgets. HOW HARD IS NO LETTUCE ON MY ONLY TACO??? I work in the medical field and if I screw up on the job it isn’t OK and easily fixable. When someone has a food allergy, we can’t just remove the lettuce that you put on there and eat the food therefore, my whole taco had to be thrown away. And I won’t dare accept free food because then I don’t trust the fact that I complained. Last time we dined in and I had to go back to the cashier every time I opened something that was not done correctly. There is a screen in your face that tells you how to prepare the persons food you might call this petty, but it’s harder your prices are pretty steep these days.

Read moreAFTER going through mobile app process, received a msg no mobile orders this time of day. Was gonna pick-up at drive-thru. By the time I got the msg, I was in a one-lane drive-thru (blocked in by vehicles behind me and in front. Can't get out bc of raised curbs, yet as soon as you're past order speaker, it turns to two lanes ???). It took 25 minutes to be the 3rd car in line for speaker (blocked in by other vehicles). I waited in line, trying to get to the first window another 5 minutes, only 2 vehicles ahead of me. They had waited 25 minutes ahead of me at drive- thru speaker. When I called store and camels my order (out of courtesy) bc I had a vehicle rental return deadline, I noticed the first of the three vehicles behind me had not moved beyond drive-thru order speaker.
