Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Pineville

Normally we don't have issues when we go to Dairy Queen. Today we made an order and they messed the order up so we had to go back and they also did not initially give us the icecream that went with the kids meal. When we returned we gave them back the wrong order and the blizzard we had ordered because by this time it was melted after waiting in a long line. They had us pull up and we waited for a couple minutes for our corrected order and the icecream and blizzard. They brought the meals out but not the icecream and blizzard and we had to remind them they were also giving us a replacement blizzard and the kid's icecream. Then they brought out the blizzard but not the icecream so we had to remind them yet again. After they gave us the icecream they did not apologize for messing up our order or anything. We reminded them about the kid's icecream three or four times before finally getting it. When we got home in one of the corrected steak basket there was a chicken strip as if put there just to agrivate us. If I could give this less than one star I would. I was very very displeased with the service today and this was not including the lack of customer service...

Me and my uncle went in to eat Sunday Oct 6th, 2019. We both asked for a footlong chilli dog which they sell and then the cashier gives me my total and accepts my card. After she tells us they don't have foot long chilli dogs, so I said I wanted my money back, she walks away from the counter without saying anything, I asked if some one was going to refund my money and she rudely said I'm going to get someone who can. So as I'm expressing my anger and telling my uncle about my anger, a manager comes up to refund my money which was $12.53, and he starts raising his voice at me telling me not to be taking about the store, and cussing at me, so we had a brief argument where we both cussed each other and instead of him refunding my $12.53, he took another $12.10 off my card. To me that is theft and if when I call them in a few hours and they won't refund my money I will press charges on the staff for theft....

Today's service was poor at best. Woman who served us was obviously not happy being there. When husband presented a coupon we were given on our last visit, it was refused. Cashier said only valid on hamburgers, even though coupon said valid on any purchases over $15. Either she was lazy and didn't want to bother, or she has no idea how to apply discount. Coupon was for $3.00 off $15., which we certainly spent buying chicken fingers baskets. Brought our food out on tray but removed tray like we might steal it. Then, while we were working on finishing eating she brought out our ice creams before we requested. As we had no tray to carry the trash on, we had to juggle it all to the can. In the approximate half hour we were in to eat, most customers' food was delivered...
