Pelican Seafood and Poboy — Restaurant in Pineville

Upon arrival, ordering went smooth while waiting for order the lady focus more on smoking her vape than paying attention to giving out the right orders. Our order was given to someone else they end up leaving the restaurant. The woman tells us that the people are on their way back and they can give us our food red flag, I explained to her that I will not take food from someone that left the restaurant in their car and eat it common courtesy I want fresh food. They claimed that our food was remade after biting the gizzards they were cold. The texture was horrible. We had a sausage Poboy, which was disgusting. The experience was unpleasant. Will not be returning at all. I guarantee you the $35 that I spent was not worth it!!! horrible...

Terrible customer service, waited over 45 minutes to receive my food, and then another 5 or 6 minutes because the front desk machine wasn't working to give me my refund. They don't have a order number system, they're taking the wrong orders to the cars after telling you to just pull around and your food will be right out. The lady just said I know, I know they took too long on your food. We counted like 7 other cars received their food before we did after we ordered before them and had been waiting. Terrible customer service, they don't value your time, don't go unless you don't mind waiting almost an hour for your food going through...

When you drive up, don't let the building deceive you. I actually wanted to leave, but we all decided to stay. Our lunch was DELICIOUS!! 2 of us had shrimp poboys and fries. We could have easily split this meal!! My uncle had a cheeseburger and fries. He said it was a very good burger! They don't have ice, only bottle drinks. We prefer iced drinks, but the taste of the food made up for this. The young lady who served us was very nice and friendly. Would absolutely return...
