READ FULL REVIEW Terrible customer service. I would literally leave 0 stars if it was an option. Take your money somewhere that appreciates you as a customer, rather than you as nothing but a dollar sign because if there is any type of mishap it will turn into you not getting your money back, or you being kicked out of the store. Went in Christmas shopping for both of my brothers in laws. They have "random grab bags" set at different price points that are supposed to have random items. Do not recommend buying, it's leftover junk that couldn't sell from the supplier. I get home and open these bags to inspect, and not only are both not "random" they both have the exact same items in them. Not only do they both have the same items, almost all the items were feminine. A shiny pink flask, sparkly pink shiny stickers, a cigarette purse, etc. I call the store day of purchase and explain to the person on the phone hey I bought these "random" bags for my brother's and not only are they not random and both have the exact same items, but majority of the items are feminine. They say okay I understand the owner will be in tomorrow morning, bring the grab bags in and we will refund or exchange. I proceed to say no problem I've spent hundreds of dollars here every Christmas season I'll still spend the money in the store. I show up this morning and the owner is there. I explain the situation to him that the employee already did the night before. Hey man I bought these grab bags for my brother's and it's not random and it's very feminine. He proceeds to tell me "well they are random grab bags you get what you get". I say okay I get that but if it's going to be these type of items then how about you label these bags grab bag for women and grab bag for men so future customers don't get ripped off too. He proceeds to get cash out of the drawer for my return. $140 I spent on these trash bags! As he pulls the money I say no need man I'll go to the back and pick some other things out to still spend my money here because I spend lots of money here every season. He says I'm afraid there's nothing here you will like. I say their is I spend tons of money here every year, do you need my ID for me to go to the back room and he says no you're fine. So I go to the back room pick some things out, and he comes barging in with cash in his hand. Counts it in front of me, sets down a paper for me to sign and walks out. I come back to the counter and say hey man I picked some stuff out back here, he proceeds to say "im afraid there's nothing here you will like." I kinda laugh like okay you've said this 3 times now? Are you gonna open the back or what!? He repeats his sentence again, and then the female employee who convinced me to buy the junk grab bags comes out the back and says "leave sir." Okay I won't spend my money here then? Lol acting like I'm the one losing when they're the ones losing money. 😂😂 As I proceed to leave that's when the owner proceeds to cuss under his breath and to his employee like now he's billy badass cussing while somebody's back is turned almost to the door out. What a joke this place is for that experience. Upset that I returned "random bags" that weren't random and were targeting women that were bought for my brother's with no understanding whatsoever and turned down more money I was willing to spend there. Well good thing for you buddy is I work property management, I know tons of big names in Miami county that know tons of people and everybody I know and everybody they know will never come to your store to spend a single dime again. I'll 100% make sure that word gets out for you since you don't know how to treat reliable, repeat customers over a gimmicky falsely...

I have lived in Piqua my whole life. I LOVE CRAZY MARTINS! But today I'm sad to say I am giving a 2 star review. I understand this is a small business and that comes with pressures. I have also always loved this store and loved to spend my money here. I bought a blink torch about a month ago and I opened it today to go use it. It caught fire. I was scared. I went to the store to return it and was polite explained what happened. So the owner inspects the torch I had brought back. It leaks from the button on the top barley turns and it doesn't light until bam whoosh. All this was noticeable by inspection. He proceeds to tell me there is a no return policy . I said yes sr. I understand but some things just come from the factory not made right . And etc. He rudly gave me a new one which I'm glad but they way he talked to me and the customer service was despicable. I am glad he did replace my torch but not untill after there was verbal abuse . He said he was upset being a small business and etc. I get that but I have been a very long term loyal customer. If he wouldn't have replaced it and been nice and polite I would have been ok with that but the manor in which he choose to portray himself was unkindly and just rude . MAYBE THEY NEED A BIG SIGN SAYING NO RETURNS . VERY DISAPOINTED TODAY . When a customer comes to you with a concern you should be concerned and helpful even if what u say isn't what they want to hear. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS...

I've been going to this store since it opened in 1996. Its amazing to see how it has transformed over the years. The staff has always been polite and professional, and when I have to go to Piqua, I always LOVE to stop into the store and look around, and grab a copy of "Paint The Town" that's always by the front door (Its the Miami County Newspaper for Band's, and musicians).

Something I really appreciate these days in 2025 is they have excellent seeds for sale that a lab reports approx. 99% germination, through my experience, the seeds will sprout. Latest crop yield was 7.5 oz from ONE SEED.

The staff at the store lets me go behind the counter to look at the seed packs. Something I appreciate is one of the staff is doing everything she can to look up the genetic mix of the seed, eg. 50% sativa and 50% indica (Russian Road stuff isnt considered). I've been wanting go grow a dominant Indica, with 10% Sativa composition, FOUND IT.

Another thing that is amazing about the location is the fact its the only store i know of that has a pinball arcade setup. I LOVE THAT!!! Crazy Martin's IS AN ENIGMA!

Queen seeds is what they stock, yes its more expensive there but worth it to support a great business in Piqua,...
