If a) before the show you are lucky enough to get the box seats with odd numbers (ones on the left) and b) after the show you use the Exit in front of [as opposed to behind] you, you have a chance to meet the actors leaving the stage.
In my case, I ran into a supernumerary for "Ottone in Villa". During this show, supernumeraries were providing actors with directions. Since the supernumerary I encountered was already technically off-duty, I opted for not bothering her for directions. Instead, I opted to just thank/compliment her.
