I have been eating here for several years now (since I was a freshman) and I'll say that this place makes the greatest sandwich, at least in CMU. Their sandwiches are also comparable to sandwiches from other cafes and shops around CMU (i.e. Subway, Quiznos, Eat Unique, etc.) as prices are cheap ($5~7 for a breakfast sandwich on a croissant or whatever bread of your choice, including many kinds of bagels, and coffee) and most importantly, quick. So I will recommend you to go to this place if you are a CMU student and feeling hungry in the morning. Staffs (including Justin and everyone else) are also very helpful and friendly. If you go there enough times then they will start remembering you, even though they go through probably hundreds of people every day (although it is indeed not too difficult to remember people you see around CMU campus, especially with CMU campus being 'tiny' compared to other schools in the US, it is good to have some people that...
