St. Paul's Passionist Retreat Center — Attraction in Pittsburgh

Each year as I leave our women's retreat weekend at St. Paul's I begin to look forward to the one in the year to come. This place is a haven of peace and joy. The priests and retreat staff are all so kind and so hospitable. I can't imagine anyone leaving their time there not feeling refreshed, full of hope and ready to spread their faith with others. St. Paul’s retreat house is a piece of heaven on earth. I stayed for a weekend and was treated so well. This place is enriched with history. The passionists began here in Pittsburgh. The monastery is a beautiful sight as well. I recommend visiting and attending mass. 5 stars for the rich history, the great hospitality, and the beautiful location on top of Pittsburgh looking out above south side...

A great place for Eucharistic adoration and prayer. Great meals and comfortable living quarters. If you attend everything on the itinerary it can be tiring. They advertise rest but it was not restful for me. No interactive dialogue at the talks and the lectures...
