Cass County Historical Society Museum — Attraction in Plattsmouth

Great place. Took my kids here during the harvest festival so it was free admition, and they loved it. The out door buildings have a lot of very old equipment and vehicles people actually used back long ago. My kids enjoyed looking at them all, they especially love the old fire trucks and cannons. Inside the building has as even more amazing things to look at that you will lose track of time. They even have a old working microfilm reader, one of the older ladies put in a old newspaper from 1903 for my kiddos to look at, was so cool watching them us it, they had a blast. GREAT experience. We stumbled upon this museum by accident on our way to the Museum of Shadows. I had to use the restroom and the front desk lady was so sweet.
