Busy Bistro — Restaurant in Plattsmouth

What a gem! For Omaha dwellers and Cass county citizens alike, the Busy Bistro is worth the drive. I’ll say it here- they have best pork tenderloin sandwich in the county. From Louisville to Avoca, no one beats Busy’s bistro. Y’all might chide my opinion and say “Iowa is just across the river” and that Glenwood might have a better tenderloin. Well, you’re wrong because Glenwood can’t out tenderloin Busy’s.

Breaded pork aside, my family had an incredibly enjoyable Sunday lunch at this establishment. So much so that I encourage anyone within a 30 min drive radius to just go here instead of anywhere else.

If basic is what you're looking for this is your place. Ordered French toast that came with a fruit cup. They burned my French toast beyond edible and hid it on the bottom. By the time they returned to the table to check on order the rest of the table was finished eating, so I asked for it to be removed from ticket. My experience at this restaurant was okay. The wait time to get in was around 30 minutes which was reasonable because they are pretty busy. But after ordering it was a very long time before the food showed up. I ordered the Mexican Omelette which was good. 7/10. The inside isn’t decorative at all. There isn’t a theme they are going for.
